This year marked Lebanon’s first ever participation in the Venice Architecture Biennale, which ran from 26 May to 25 November 2018. Pavilion curator Hala Younes will give a talk, followed by a discussion and a book signing of the catalogue of the exhibition by the authors and contributors.

Daniel Schwartz will present on his recent project While the Fires Burn. A Glacier Odyssey (2009–2017). This talk is organized in parallel to the Beirut Art Film Festival. 

The 33rd Salon d'Automne brings together works by 31 artists. Join us in the Salon d’Automne exhibition space to hear exhibiting artists speak about their work.

This two-part workshop introduces kids to the history of portraiture, leading up to the more recent selfie. Children will have the chance to explore portraits through studio photography, illustration, and collage.

Led by Sursock Museum docent Sarag Blue Pailian, this fun and interactive tour explores the works and stories featured in Ten Stories from the Sursock Museum Collection.

Please join us for a performance by Maguy Abillama (pan flute) with Yervant Baghdjian (guitar) and Nabil Jaafar (electric piano). This concert is part of an ongoing series of classical music performances by emerging and established musicians, organized by Mozart Chahine.

Join us for a screening of Why We Cycle, a documentary on the impact of cycling on citizens, society, and cities. Following the screening, a group ride will depart from the Sursock Museum at 17:30.
